Court of Appeal supported Jurimex and confirmed the illegality of tax assessment notice of the State Fiscal Service for the amount of about UAH 1 million.

According to the regulatory authorities, the claimant – a leading research institute – has conducted unrealistic business transactions with the counterparty, which resulted in taking a relevant tax decision, the illegality of which has been confirmed by the court.
